Armiger Management Corporation, a family-owned and operated property management firm headquartered in Ellicott City, Maryland, has proudly provided homes to residents of the Mid-Atlantic region for over 20 years. We build and manage Tax Credit communities, Market Rate communities, Senior/Age Restricted communities, and Mixed Rate communities, serving residents from Dale City VA, to Baltimore, MD. In partnership with our sister company, Orchard Development Corporation, our range of capabilities includes designing, building, owning and managing our communities, from drawing board to finished residence.
